Booking, Payment & Cancellation

  • Booking deposits are non-refundable.

  • To secure your preferred date a deposit will be taken.

  • Final balances are payable no later than the date prior to your wedding.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of your wedding date will incur a 50% of your package fee.

  • SSNE PTY LTD ceremonies are held within the Noosa Region only.

  • Our mobile Hair and Makeup Artists will attend your accommodation within the Noosa Region only.

  • We have a no refund policy in place should the parties fail to arrive at the intended time and location.

    Booking time commences from booked ceremony time for a period of 1 hour or for the time frame booked through SSNE PTY LTD

  • Further charges may be incurred for late arrives longer than 30 minutes for delays incurred due to late arrival or failure to

    No refunds for no shows or late arrivals should the party fail to attend on the day we have a no refund policy in place should the party fails to arrive at the intended time and location

  • Postponements & rescheduling new dates - Increased pricing may occur from original package pricing- if your package changes the updated changes will be matched to the pricing from the date the changes occur.

Legal Requirements

  • Super Simple Noosa Elopements / SSNE PTY LTD are not liable for any damage or loss of any gifts or personal possessions at any time during the event. Copy right of the photos remain the property of the photographer.

  • Super Simple Noosa Elopements / SSNE PTY LTD may use the photographs for advertising or promotional work on media platforms. This is optional and the couple must inform in writing if they do not wish to have their images used in any advertising or promoting.

  • Images are supplied via digital download. It is suggested that you not only save a copy to your computer but also a second copy to a USB. Digital images will be available online for 7 days. After 7 days the images are archived and a fee of $50 shall be charged should they be required to be retrieved within the 2 month period of them being held by the supplier. (EDITED IMAGES ONLY)

  • Whilst we, at all times endeavour to have the most accurate, reliable and up-to-date information on our website, we do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the result of the use of any document, product, service, link or information in its website or as to their correctness, suitability, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

  • Super Simple Noosa Elopements is owned and operated by SSNE Pty Ltd ABN.

General Conduct

  • Suppliers in our packages are subject to availability. If a scheduling conflict occurs, Super Simple Noosa Elopements / SSNE PTY LTD will ensure that a supplier of commensurate standard will be offered as a replacement.

 

Styling & Decorations 

It is not Super Simple Noosa Elopements / SSNE PTY LTD responsibility to book council permits. We advise all customers / couples that if you are hiring Super Simple Noosa Elopements / SSNE PTY LTD styling you MUST obtain a council permit at the requested location before booking.

Wet Weather & Styling

Our styling strictly cannot get wet. If rain is predicted for your special day we will send through wet weather alternivtes. If you decide not to book a wet weather backup our styling & decorations will NOT be set up if its raining.

PRIVACY POLICY

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for the following purposes:

  • to enable you to access and use our Site, associated applications and associated social media platforms;

  • to contact and communicate with you;

  • for internal record keeping and administrative purposes;

  • for analytics, market research and business development, including to operate and improve our Site, associated applications and associated social media platforms;

  • to comply with our legal obligations and resolve any disputes that we may have;

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

We may disclose personal information to:

  • third party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services, including (without limitation) data storage(Imagery only), debt collectors, maintenance or problem-solving providers,

  • our contractors and/or related entities; (photographers, hair and makeup artists, celebrants and associated wedding suppliers)

  • anyone to whom our business or assets (or any part of them) are, or may (in good faith) be, transferred;

  • credit reporting agencies, courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities, in the event you fail to pay for goods or services we have provided to you;

  • courts, tribunals, regulatory authorities and law enforcement officers, as required by law, in connection with any actual or prospective legal proceedings, or in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights;

  • Where we are required to disclose your personal information to third parties, we will request that the third party handle your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

Photography Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Leah-Rae Cohen, Leah Cohen Photography & SSNE PTY LTD may use the photographs for advertising or promotional work on media platforms. This is optional and the couple must inform in writing if they do not wish to have their images used in any advertising or promoting.

 Images are supplied via digital download. It is your responsibility to not only save a copy to your computer but also a second copy to a USB or external hard drive. Digital images will be available online for 1 week. After 1 week the images are archived and a fee of $50 shall be charged should they be required to be retrieved within the 2 month period they are held for.

ALL WEDDING BOOKING.

1. WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS

Leah-Rae Cohen, Leah Cohen Photography agrees that Leah-Rae Cohen & SSNE PTY LTD will provide wedding photography services as outlined in the quote. This is a legally-binding contract. This contract represents the entire understanding of the requirements, schedule, and payment terms for the wedding photography services listed above. If there are any disputes or actions resulting in legal proceedings related to this contract, such actions shall take place in and be subject to the laws of Australia, QLD. Clients accept sole financial responsibility for any legal fees or related costs incurred by Leah-Rae Cohen in enforcing the terms of this wedding photography contract. Any failure by one or both parties to uphold or enforce a provision of this contract shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision of this contract.

2. PAYMENT  

The Clients agree to retain Leah-Rae Cohen & SSNE PTY LTD for the services listed above by signing this wedding photography contract and paying a deposit of 10% of the total fee listed above. Clients acknowledge that no reservation can be made prior to the signature of this contract and subsequent payment of the initial service deposit. The remaining balance for the above listed wedding photography services shall be due in full no later than 7 days prior to the ceremony date. In the event that payment is not made in full by this deadline, Leah-Rae Cohen reserves the right to terminate this contract, retain the initial deposit, and no longer be held liable for providing further services to the Clients.

3. CANCELLATION

The Clients may cancel this contract at any time up to 30 days prior to ceremony date time. The Clients hereby forfeit their initial deposit in case of cancellation.

4. RESCHEDULE 

Client may reschedule the dates of the ceremony and reception listed above no later than 14 days prior to ceremony date time with the written approval of Leah-Rae Cohen Should Leah-Rae Cohen be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Clients will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this wedding photography contract, but will forfeit their initial deposit.  

5. LIABILITY 

If Leah-Rae Cohen & SSNE PTY LTD should be unable to provide the goods and services outlined in this contract for any reason, Leah-Rae Cohen & SSNE PTY LTD agrees to refund any fees paid by the Client, minus applicable expenses, and shall have no further liability with regards to this contract. This limitation of liability also applies to any loss or damage to footage, photographs or other materials after the events listed in this contract. The sole remedy for any actions or claims resulting from Leah-Rae Cohen’s inability to deliver the goods and services listed in this contract shall be limited to a refund of monies paid by the Client to Leah-Rae Cohen of the Client.

• LIMIT OF LIABILITY

The Client hereby releases and holds harmless the Photographer from any and all liability, claims and damages, either in law or equity. In the event of severe medical, natural, or other unforeseen emergencies it could be necessary for the Client to retain a different photographer for the Wedding Date. The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to assist the Client to secure a skilled replacement photographer. The Photographer will work in good faith to find the best replacement photographer possible for the Wedding Date. The Photographer shall not be responsible for the services provided by a replacement photographer, nor will they be liable for any damage or injury sustained by the Client, if a replacement photographer retained by the Client fails in whole or in part, to perform the replacement services. If preferred, the Client may source their own replacement photographer, and a full refund of the Professional Fee would be given.In the unlikely event of the Client’s photographs being lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond the Photographer’s control, the Photographer’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the Package. The limit of liability shall not exceed the Professional Fee stated herein.This clause sets out the entire liability of the Photographer (including any liability for the acts and omissions of their subcontractors) to the Client arising from any direct damage caused by the breach of the Photographer’s obligations under this Agreement.

6. DIGITAL MEDIA 

The Clients acknowledge that Leah-Rae Cohen & SSNE PTY LTD does not maintain archives of images and footage after delivering requested images and other goods to the Clients. It is the Client's sole responsibility to to store not only a copy on your computer but a hard copy on a USB or external hard drive.
